24/7 Security Control Centre

SECURIST has its own dedicated 24/7 Control Centre that manages our cascade response system to ensure that at all times there will be both a suitably qualified and responsive security officer available to react to any issue at any site.

 

SECURIST uses a server based real time manager system that monitors the suitability of staff to attend the site and then monitors their book on/off times and check call on an exception basis allowing the operator to be guided to where issues may exist.

 

If no book on/off or check call is received by the Control Centre, a mobile will be dispatched to investigate and report and an alternative officer will be mobilised and in the interim period a mobile supervisor will assume duties.

If a welfare call is not received by the control centre, a mobile will be dispatched to investigate and respond as necessary. This facility assists us in managing our Lone Worker commitments.

 

The Duty Manager at the Control Centre has all the personal mobile telephone numbers of SECURIST Senior Management should the need for a rapid decision be required and will manage the escalation process to ensure a rapid response to a problem.
